I majored in Computer Science and Applied Science Chemical Engineering at Washington University in St. Louis. During undergrad, I studied the production of synthetic spider silk in E. coli, focusing on optimizing bioreactor growth conditions. I also spent summers researching materials for lithium-ion batteries and using deep learning for biological image segmentation. In my free time, I enjoy playing video games, hanging out with friends, and taking quality naps.
