Bio/Description

I received my bachelor's degree in mathematics from Amherst College. As an undergraduate, I completed various research projects in biostatistics and biomedical data science, which sparked my interests in computational biology. After college, I worked at Broad Institute, researching changes in gene expression, epigenetics, and metabolic pathways that occur in digestive diseases, such as IBD and colorectal cancer. Now at Princeton, I am interested in modeling and developing computational algorithms that use omics data to understand the biomolecular mechanisms of diseases. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, calling my family, and listening to history podcasts.
