Bio/Description

I graduated from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities in 2023 with degrees in Computer Science and Statistics. During that time, I completed my undergraduate thesis in which I developed a novel imputation method for three-dimensional spatial transcriptomics data. Additionally, I worked in a genomic epidemiology lab at NIH, investigating the impact of variant calling choices applied to genetic samples of the emerging multidrug resistant fungal pathogen Candida auris. I am broadly excited by the application of computational methods to create human-understandable meaning out of data, and specifically excited by problems of immunology and data visualization. I enjoy cooking, gardening, hiking, and subway systems.
