Susie Song

Graduate Student
Lewis-Sigler Institute for Integrative Genomics

I graduated from Cornell University in 2020 with a major in Biomedical Engineering with a minor in Computer Science. After graduating, I worked at the Broad Institute in Eric Lander and Ray Jones' labs studying non-coding variants regulating gene expression (expression quantitative trait loci) during cell development. At Princeton, I'm interested in integrating single-cell multi-omic data to understand fundamental mechanisms in gene regulation.
