Bio/Description

I graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay in 2023, where I majored in Computer Science and minored in Biology. As an undergraduate, I developed a novel method for oscillation detection in qPCR data using gaussian process regression. For my senior thesis, I used boolean dynamic modelling to perturb cancer signalling networks, and carried out probabilistic edge tuning to influence their cell fate distributions. After graduating, I briefly worked as a research trainee at the Vienna Biocenter, followed by a year at Microsoft as a software engineer. At Princeton, I hope to study developmental biology and collective cellular behaviours through a combination of computation and experiments. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, dancing, long walks, cooking, and spending time with friends.
