Bio/Description

I graduated from MIT with a BS in computer science and molecular biology in 2015. Since then, I have worked as both a software engineer and an associate computational biologist at the Broad Institute, where I primarily developed pipelines for their sequencing center. I most recently built an end-to-end pipeline to generate polygenic risk scores from genotyping array data. At Princeton, I want to focus on solving problems related to human disease. Outside of work, I run competitively, play tennis, and enjoy trying new restaurants and foods.
