Bio/Description

I graduated with an Sc.B. in Physics from Brown University in 2024. At Brown, I worked in an experimental biophysics lab that explored the swarming motility of Enterobacter sp. SM3 with perspectives from gel interface physics. For my undergraduate thesis, I developed a method to image undisturbed biofilm formation over large timescales on a capacitance-sensing array. In the TREND REU Program at the University of Maryland, I built an optical pathway and MATLAB app to impose stimulation patterns into large scale living neural networks. At Princeton, I am excited to continue using optical tools and novel imaging methods to probe neural systems and understand information propagation in biological systems. Outside of the lab, I enjoy film photography, baking, and training for triathlons.
