Bethany Yuan Position Graduate Student Title Lewis-Sigler Institute for Integrative Genomics Email [email protected] Bio/Description I graduated from UC San Diego with degrees in bioinformatics and general physics. There, I worked in Dr. Subramaniam’s lab to understand endothelial cell state changes under different shear stress using sequencing data. I also worked with Dr. Dudko to estimate chromatin site-site interactions with polymer physics models and simulations. At Princeton, I hope to continue looking for cool connections between simple models and nature. In my free time, I enjoy music, reading, and getting boba with friends.
