Anusha Aggarwal Position Graduate Student Title Lewis-Sigler Institute for Integrative Genomics Email [email protected] Bio/Description Hi, I’m Anusha and I graduated from the University of Washington with a bachelors in Applied Math. During my time at UW, I used image processing techniques to study the vertical mixing of microplastics at the ocean’s surface. I also conducted acoustic analysis on bat sounds to study the ecological and evolutionary interactions between fruit bats and the Piper plant species. At Princeton, I am interested in using data analytics, machine learning, and computer vision to track biomarkers, predict patient outcomes, and improve diagnoses. In my spare time I enjoy listening to music, cooking/baking, and spending time with family & friends! Adviser Olga G.
