I graduated from Carnegie Mellon University in 2022, with a B.S. in Computational Biology (and a minor in Linguistics). My undergrad thesis focused on using vocal fold dynamics for automatic detection of Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS, a neuron-degenerative disease), and I have worked on other projects involving signal processing in the past. At QCB, I am looking forward to *investigating how information is encoded and transmitted in living systems*. In my own time, I enjoy cooking, reading and all sorts of performance arts:)
