I graduated from Harvard in 2022 with an A.B. in applied mathematics with computer science. As an undergrad researcher, I studied a computational gene regulatory model to characterize how characteristics of regulatory network adaptation vary across scales. For my senior thesis, I combined mathematical modeling with machine learning methods to build a pipeline for automatically segmenting mouse hippocampal culture images. I am interested in developmental biology, and I would like to combine live or high-throughput imaging with segmentation techniques. In my free time I enjoy cooking and playing board games with friends.
