I graduated from UC Santa Barbara in 2012 with a BA in Biology and a minor in Physics. My past areas of research include characterization of microbial communities associated with deep sea methane vents, and fluorescent Ag-DNA complexes. After graduating I worked for InTouch Health, a telemedicine robotics company. I look forward to addressing questions in biological research using quantitative methods with my interests including group microbial behaviors and other complex systems. In my free time I enjoy dancing, kayaking, and makeup artistry.
