I graduated from Vanderbilt University with a B.A. in molecular and cellular biology and a minor in computer science. During this time, I examined how DNA replication forks resolve conflicts with the transcription machinery in Drosophila. In the future, I’m interested in the exciting uses of computational methods to study problems in genomics and affecting human health. Outside of science, I like trying new foods, playing tennis, and crafting.
